Refreshingly Bold: How to Make Zesty Cold Brew with Orange Juice

Your favourite cold brew just got a lot more vibrant with the addition of fresh orange juice. Zingy and refreshing, this drink is the perfect pick-me-up on a hot summer day.
When combined in the right proportion, the orange juice complements the existing coffee flavors and creates a spiriting beverage. It's a great way to wake up, enjoy with brunch or to quench your thirst on a sunny afternoon.

Makes 1 glass - around 250ml.

Pro tips:

  1. Adjust the amount of coffee and orange juice to achieve your desired flavor balance.
  2. Choose a coffee with a bolder body and earthy/chocolatey flavor notes for the best results.
  3. Let the drink sit in the fridge for 2-3 days for a mellower orange flavor that blends well with the cold brew's other flavors, resulting in a smooth and citrusy cold brew experience.
  4. Avoid diluting your iced coffee drinks by freezing any leftover cold brew or brewed coffee, as well as orange juice, in ice cube trays to use in place of regular ice cubes. This way, as the cubes melt, they will add extra flavor to your drink instead of watering it down. Plus, it's a great way to use up any leftover coffee or juice you have!
